Simple shipping: € 2.50 (valid for parcels up to 2 kg). For each extra kilo there is an additional charge of € 0.62. Delivery within 2-5 days, depending on availability.
For large volume orders, we transfer the products to the shipping company of your choice.
REFUND POLICY
In case of a mistake regarding the product or defective product
In case of delivery of products other than those sold, by type or quantity or deprived of a concluded property, the customer returns the products in order to determine the error. In this case, the return costs, as well as the refund costs, are borne by us.
In case of defective product the customer is entitled to return it in order to be replaced. The return of the defective product, in order to be replaced, must be accompanied by all the documents accompanying it as well as its complete packaging.
Client's unjustified withdrawal right
In full compliance with the provisions of Greek law on e-commerce and consumer protection, www.samythos.gr grants you the right to withdraw from our contract within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products, with full refund, by returning the product(s) to its/their original state(s). However, this right does not apply to products that are custom made exclusively for you, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The right of withdrawal is exercised in writing by sending us an e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 14 days of your receiving the products and returning them in any way you wish. The return cost in this case is borne by you. Following the declaration of withdrawal, Samythos is obliged to refund the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products, by the same means by which the original charge was made. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is emphasized that the products you wish to return must be in their original condition, including instructions for use or information and any documents accompanying them, as well as their packaging.
In case that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, we are entitled to claim compensation, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to make a full or partial settlement of our claim against the customer in whole or in part.
